OMG!

I got so wraped up in updating my deviantArt page that I comepleatly forgot about my own web site! Last time I updated I reported that a peice of mine would be on display at The 2009 Ohio State Fair. You can find that peice here.

I update my deviantArt accoun more often so if you stop by for a visit and this page has not been updated recently head on over to my DA account.

Site Re-design

Hello!

It's been a while comeing but here it is verson 2.0 of my website. The main reason for the re-design is to make it alittle easyer for myself to edit pages and keep it up to date. That said, the biggest change you'll find is that my gallery will no longer be located at sfergusonstudios. Links will now redirect you to my deviantArt acount. I just don't have enough knowledge about web design to maintain a gallery page and my deviantArt gallery is much nicer than anything I could design.

Hello my darlings! Changes are comming to sfergusonstudios! I've decided to get rid of my gallery page. What!? Say it ant' so. Well it is, but not to worry, my new gallery will be at deviantARt. I just dont know enough about website design to constantly update my gallery page, and deviantART makes that process 1000 times faster and simpler. What does this mean for you? More art to see. The nice thing about DA is you'll be able to see nicer and larger photos of my stuff. Plus if you have a DA acount of your own you can leave me comments on my work if you like. I wont be deleating the gallery here yet, I'll wait untill everything is transfered. Eventually the gallery page link will take you to my DA profile. In the mean time click here.

My goodnes I am the worstperson at updating things. So it's been a buisy year. I've spent most of my time enjoing the life of a regular jo with a regular job and not haveing to pump out a new painting every two weeks. I got a job as a custom framer last July. I have to say that it is a suprisingly enjoyable profession for someone like me. I spend my day designing framing solutions for clients and then come home and paint.

So I'm gonna try and upload some old and new images to the gallery. You can see a couple new peices at my Deviant Art acount here.

So I have been very busy these past few weeks and havent been able to update as much as I wanted to. My show was a success and you can see picts of my work in the gallery here. I am also happy to anounced that I graduated Cum Laude from CCAD May 10th. So now I have more time and hopefuly I'll be able to update more!

My Senior Thesis Show Is less than three weeks away. It will run from April 5th- 12th at Columbus College of Art and Design, Acock Gallery South, Second Floor JV Canzani Center, 60 Cleveland Avenue at East Gay Street Columbus Ohio. Gallery Hours are-
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Thursday 9am-8pm
Closing Reception will be held Friday, April 11, 6-9pm

Also note that I've rearanged news entries so that the newest are on top.
